Q1: How long can i get the boxes ?
A: Quantity less than 100 pcs will be shipped within 2 days. 15-20 working days for OEM/ODM orders. And it will take another 3-5 days to reach you by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,TNT... etc
 
Q2: What is the warranty of your products?
A: We provide 12 months Warranty, Generally, Customers send the broken PCBA back to us, And we will assume the shipping costs, And send customers a new box.
 
Q3: What is your minimum order?
A: Generally 5 pcs for generic android tv box. 500 pcs for OEM /ODM service. Sample also acceptable.
 
Q4: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram. (Paypal only accept less $1000)

Q5: What you can do for my OEM /ODM orders?
A: We can put your logo on the boxes and packages. And we can also customize APP,software,UI, Wizard for you. We have a strong software engineer team.
